The legal dispute seems to have ended in Destiny-98's favor.

Now all involved in taking over the property to flip it - Destiny 98,
their Realtor  (Mike Thompson, 734-474-0781), potential buyers
and any contractors who might get involved - need to become
aware of the genuine difficulties facing those plans.

The simplest summery of the entire situation would be something
like this:

The property could not be made marketable or habitable in the
ordinary sense without bringing it entirely up to current building
code standards.

From my intimate knowledge of the property, I know that
accomplishing this - and making any significant profit - is a virtual
impossibility short of doing only sub-standard work and
papering over real problems. And this only after the most costly,
unavoidable problems with the electrical and plumbing systems
have been dealt with...

If you are considering buying 1960 with
the intention of renovating it for a profit,
you should evaluate the project very
carefully. Consider yourself "duly
warned"...
