The front lot bordering
Scio-Chruch Rd is slowly filling
with trash.

The front brush burning pit has
become a pile of old furniture
and refuse.
What was the front lot parking
space has become a pile of
brush trash.
The chicken house, left as it was
after Destiny 98's crew had tried
to burn it 05-04-08.

The burn was done without
proper permits and the fire had
to be put out by the Scio
Township fire department.
Rear view of the house showing the still
incomplete re-roofing of the rear addition
which I started before being evicted.

The leak has now resulted in the ceiling
falling, along with blown-in insulation, over
the opening between the first and second
floors.

Also still open and hazardous, are the septic
tanks that were uncovered for the inspection
Destiny 98 ordered.

Destiny 98 never proceeded in any serious
way with the engineered septic system that is
essential to making the property habitable.
According to the warranty deed,1960 was conveyed to
Donald E. Reiff on 05-05-08.

The condition of the property to date remains as Destiny 98
left it with the exception of the ongoing deterioration and
trash dumping.

The photos below were taken 08-05-08 by a concerned
supporter.
