The staff at Old Fashioned
Services.
This deed appears to
have been executed
entirely in Florida, all
parties on it being staff at
REO America. The only
exception seems to be
the Devon Title's
representative, Jerry
Smith.

Devon Title, however,
does not have a Jerry
Smith among it's agents
according to their home
office in Troy, nor do they
have an Ann Arbor office.

The address, 2221 Walter,
is a private residence and
was, during a period
before 11-10-08, listed on
Destiny-98's Realtor, Mike
Thompson's website.
Here is the downloaded
file of his webpage.

Jerry Smith no longer
seems to live there.
