<<We were in regular contact with Mr. Beal and he knew that
he had to redeem our tax lien in order to avoid foreclosure
when instead he decided to pay more recent taxes.>>
This statement is untrue on its two main points:
Destiny 98 was never in contact with me even when they
moved ahead with foreclosure proceedings on 04-15-04, and
then it was only until my letter of 07-06-04 and the calls
associated with it to REO America that any direct contact was
established. That was through Tiffany Nelson before her
marriage to John Cone.
If by "recent taxes" Doug Gale refers to the payment during
court proceedings of $2023.09 on 12-13-05 for the 2004 taxes,
then his statement is correct, but if he refers to what I had
paid in December 03 through March of 04 just before Destiny
98 initiated foreclosure, then his statement is false. Those
payments totaling $14,000+, which Destiny 98 would have
been notified of, were made with no warning that Destiny 98
had any intention of foreclosing.
I challenge Doug Gale to produce any material evidence to
contradict these statements.
