Negotiations? Destiny 98 has never entered into anything that
could be called a negotiation in good faith. Coming from them, it
has always been a take-it-or-leave-it proposition at a ridiculous
price.
There has only been ONE lawsuit, mine, to contest Destiny 98's
claim to 1960. It has shifted through several venues and been
appealed, but there has only been one essential suit. Doug Gale
implies that I have had unfairly more than one bite at the apple of
frustrating him...
