Unless my attorney had taken to lying to me, there was been NO "recent contact"
between our attorneys. And no discussion as to a re-purchase.
As for the "market value" of the property, Destiny-98 insisted at the time on $180K as
the market value with nothing to substantiate this claim. They have never been willing to
follow through with an independent appraisal though this was proposed many times...
