Below is the letter from the County mis-identifying the sump pump
discharge pipe as the sewer outlet (which had been capped).
Although the letter is addressed to Peter Beal, the inspection was
ordered by Destiny-98.
It is a certainty that the report is in error; the sump discharge is the
only outlet of any kind in the described area. The mis-interpretation
of the "small amount of black liquid sludge" is readily
understandable when the age and condition of the sump pit is taken
into account.
