At 1960 S Maple, the realtor, Mike Thompson, on his own admission, broke into the
property repeatedly after having lost the key that had been given to him. That same
key had been left for several weeks in the upper north entryway door.
To gain access to the property he:
broke out (twice) the panel closing off the main shop door opening
broke out a window in the house
broke out a window in the rear garage door
More to come...
"Just because something is legal,
doesn't mean it's right..."
On 12-11-07at 1960 S Maple while other people were hanging around
had this exchange with Mike Thompson:
Said the place had been broken into four times, maybe, he said he had
broken into the house through the dining room window.
Why would he say he had been breaking in?
He said that the key to the north tower door had “disappeared”. How?
How come?
They had “three bidders” then said “four”
“10 people have come around in the last 2 weeks…”
