This is 200 S Calhoun, the boarded up former Metro
Ministries, former police station.
With apologies to the city of Baltimore, mother town of
H.L. Mencken, the neighborhood about 200 S Calhoun is a
sad case. Mencken would certainly have had pithy things
to say about Mooring Financial and Metro Ministry's
plight.
Is this the building and location where real investors
would consider a condominium project? Most unlikely...
